A large portion of what we do is day-to-day computer support for small businesses.
Client end users may call in and say things like; “My printer won’t print..”, “I think I have a virus..”, “My computer is running slow..”, “This web page won’t open..”, etc. We answer the phone immediately when they call. Then we connect to them remotely and resolve their issue quickly. If the issue requires an onsite visit, we expedite our client assigned dedicated onsite engineer to resolve the matter.
Clients may elect to go à la carte or we also have several reduced rate schedules available.
